Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $12.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Locations

Currently we only within Australia.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to check your order status directly on the carrier’s website.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Sandyglowcandles25@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Hervey Bay pickup

We are based in Hervey Bay 4655

Any order can be picked up, please use the code HERVEYBAYPICKUP when checking out in the discount section. You will receive a notification when the order is ready to be picked up.
